Shipping and Freight:                  

White Sign only accepts orders from the United States.  No International orders will be excepted.

United Parcel Service (UPS) is the package service used by White Sign. Expedited methods of freight are also available, such as next day air, and second day air. Please specify the shipping method when ordering, or we will ship UPS Ground.

White Sign will ship your order to the shipping address that you entered under your account information. White Sign is not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address.

White Sign is not responsible for lost or damaged freight. All UPS packages are insured when they leave White Sign. If a package is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. We will be happy to work with you and the carrier to secure a settlement for damaged freight provided proper documentation has been made on receipt. Failure to document damage will make it impossible to secure an insurance claim on your behalf.

Payment Terms:

The following forms of payment are accepted, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card.

Cancellations:

Due to the custom nature of some products, orders may not be canceled once they have entered production. Cancellation requests must be verbally submitted to White Sign either by telephone or e-mail, including order number, order date, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests will not be granted if the order has entered production. Also, please note that White Sign maintains the right to reject or cancel any order at any time using its sole discretion.

Returns:

Returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis as determined by White Sign within five days of receipt of goods. Returns must be pre-approved by White Sign either by phone or e-mail. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at our facility. Returns are not allowed on custom made signs of any kind.  Returns must be in resalable condition. A 20 percent restocking fee will be assigned to each return. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns. All returns shipped collect to White Sign will be rejected at the dock. Errors made by White Sign will be dealt with in a professional manner.
